Collision risk assessment of reduced aircraft separation minima in procedural airspace using advanced communication and navigation

چکیده
With the advancement of Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) technologies such as space-based Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast/Contract (ADS-B/C), large separation minima may be reduced in procedural airspaces. It is great significance to know upper limit Reduced Separation Minima (RSM) for a airspace corresponding consequences on collision risk with specifics advanced ADS-B control intervention model. In this work, an interactive software first developed estimation. This integrates International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) models lateral longitudinal calculation Singapore airspace. Results demonstrate that respect current procedures meets ICAO Target Level Safety (TLS) standard.
